Ok, this one got RAVE reviews from my Hubby & kiddos :) William & Joseph requested it for their B-day dinners also :)

I used Chicken tenders instead of breasts, and I didn't cut them up because.....well I'm a vegetarian and cutting raw meat AINT MY THANG ;) this batter was wonderful and worked well on my tofu as well...
